VIBAKSTORE is a ready-to-use system for strain cryopreservation, which contains some beads in a cryopreservant medium for storage bacterial cultures. The nature of these beads permits easy adsorption of microorganisms to its surface. After vials inoculation, they could be freeze at -70ºC for long term preservation (near 10 years). For microorganism reactivation, it is only necessary to remove one of the beads and inoculated directly onto the culture media (TSB or BHI, depending on the specificity of the target microorganism).
