A set of 4 dNTP contains 4 tubes of dNTPs solutions at a concentration of 100 mM (Ref. 110011 and Ref. 110012) or with the concentration of 20 mM (Ref. 110031 and Ref. 110032).

Quality Control:

Each particular dNTP is tested for purity ( > 98% HPLC), UV-spectral characteristics, NMR-characteristics, the performance in PCR with Taq DNA Polymerase and Pfu DNA Polymerase, the absence of deoxyendo-/exonucleases and RNase activities in appropriate tests.
