System for detection, count and susceptibility testing of pathogenic urogenital microorganisms.

A.F. Genital System - Reagent is a kit containing the reagents Kovacs Reagent, Oxidase Test, Vaseline Oil for the performance respectively of Indole Test, Oxidase Test and for the preservation of a sufficiently anaerobic environment for the development of microorganisms to be detected by the test A.F. Genital System (Ref. 74156).

Kovacs Reagent is the reagent used for the performance of Indole test to confirm the presence of Escherichia coli in the A.F. Genital System (Ref. 74156). Oxidase Test is used for the rapid test for the cytochrome-oxidase enzyme detection. The test is performed to confirm the presence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae in the well 22-NES in the test A.F. Genital System (Ref. 74156).

VASELINE OIL is used for the preservation of a sufficiently anaerobic environment in the wells 1-GR+, 2-GR++, 3-GR+++, 4-ADC, 5-UR, 7-TE, 8-PEF, 9-OFX, 10-DO, 11-E, 12-CLA, 13-MN, 14-JOS, 15-CD, 24-CAN in the test A.F. Genital System (Ref. 74156).

Each package contains:

1 bottle of Kovacs Reagent;

2 bottles of Vaseline Oil;

100 sticks of Oxidase Test;

1 dropping bottle;

1 instruction sheets.
